Window Universe was founded with the basic idea that replacing windows didn't need to be difficult.  It sounds a little corny, but we were pretty sure we could bring a little integrity to the home improvement industry.  It turns out we were right.

Anyone who has received estimates from the largest window replacement companies will tell you that we're not the same as the other guys.  From start to finish you'll find that we don't operate like a traditional contractor.  Our prices are clear and simple, our warranties are extensive and our products lead the industry.

 

Homeowners often tell us their horror stories of being subjected to a three hour window presentation only to have some salesperson try to pressure them into signing a contract that night.  That's not the way we would want to buy windows, so that's not the way we sell windows.
