All lifetime warranties are not created equal.  The warranty you'll receive with your new windows from Window Universe is unparalleled in the industry.

 

While almost every company offers a lifetime warranty on the glass units, we offer lifetime warranties on much more.  In addition, our warranties are transferable to the next homeowner when you sell your home!

 

Our 6 Warranty Components:

 

1. Insulated Glass Unit - Lifetime Warranty

This is the part everyone offers.  If any of your windows ever get any condensation in between the panes of glass we'll gladly replace the glass for you.  This is where our similarity with other warranties ends.

2. Glass Breakage - Lifetime Warranty

This one is just like it sounds.  If any of your windows ever break for any reason, we'll replace the glass for you at no charge.  Most companies won't match this one.

3. Hardware, Balances & Other Moving Parts - Lifetime Warranty

If there is ever any trouble with the hardware, balances, or any moving parts we'll take care of it.  Many companies do not offer this one.

4. Screen Material & Screen Frame - Lifetime Warranty

If you ever have any trouble with the screen material rotting or rusting, we'll take care of it. 

5. PVC Frame & Sashes - Lifetime Warranty

The welded corners will never separate, and the PVC extrusions will not chip, crack, peel, rot, pit, or warp.

6. Installation Labor - Lifetime Warranty

This is a big one that most companies do not offer.  Do not be satisfied with a short term labor warranty.  There is no need to compromise!
